Thank you for shopping with Lyn TCG! We strive to get your trading cards and collectibles safely to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and dispatch orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)
We currently ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
Tracked / Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days (Recommended for higher-value cards and sealed boxes).
3. Single Card Packaging & Protection
We know condition is everything in the TCG hobby. All single cards are carefully packed inside protective sleeves and top-loaders (or rigid card mailers) to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you are an international buyer interested in our products, please reach out to us prior to ordering at jaewright2004@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Delays & Lost Items
Once your package has been handed over to the postal carrier (e.g., Royal Mail), delivery times are out of our direct control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, or severe weather.
If your tracked item appears lost or heavily delayed, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
